Energy company to appeal against Bexley Council's refusal of green belt land plans

An energy company has warned Bexley Council it can expect a bill of “hundreds of thousands of pounds” as it plans to appeal against the authority’s refusal of its contentious plan to build an energy storage system on green belt land.
