Eltham woman who committed suicide ‘unsupported by Oxleas NHS Trust’

A coroner’s report has found that a woman from Eltham committed suicide after subsequent failings from Oxleas NHS Trust regarding a lack of adequate mental healthcare – meaning she was “passed from pillar to post” and “denied any meaningful assistance”.
