Dessert shop's bid to open until 3am slammed as 'inappropriate and excessive'

Fat Cat Desserts in Harlesden has applied to stay open until 3am at weekends - but this has been described as "wholly inappropriate" due to concerns over crime and antisocial behaviour and noise from delivery drivers on mopeds.
