Crystal Palace Goes Plant Based

Crystal Palace's newest restaurant is 100% plant based! Morgan & Watson opened in November 2021, named after the two co-founders of The Vegan Society: Dorothy Morgan and Donald Watson. Owner Ruth says, "We wanted to provide the community with really delicious food that would put smiles on the faces of vegans and make omnivores forget that there isn't any meat in the dishes."
