Crouch End's Max Halley creates wundersarnie inspired by German gin

It's British Sandwich week and sarnie super king Max Halley has come up with a quirky combination of German sausage, sauerkraut, Black Forest ham, and lingonberry mustard to serve in his Crouch Hill shop.
