Composed Upon a Slope in the Peak District- Ted H Chalmers, Bancroft's

It’s not often that I take a picture of something spectacular and then forget about it. But in the case of this one, I was so tired from walking all day on my Silver DofE with a 20-kilogram bag that by the time I arrived at the campsite and captured my view of the beautiful (but arduous) Peak District that I was simply living from moment to moment and so had forgotten all about the photograph merely minutes after taking it.
