Community Heroes – the Dons Local Action Group (DLAG)

The DLAG (Dons Local Action Group) has been running since the start of the Covid 19  pandemic. It was established by three AFC Wimbledon fans, initially with the aim of collecting and redistributing food to local residents in need who were vulnerable or self- isolating. Collection points were set up in Wimbledon and in a local community sports centre, the Old Rutlishians Club. The initiative took off and new partners have been added since which have allowed the DLAG to expand their phenomen
