Tucked away in a lesser-travelled coastal corner of Suffolk, there sits a pub that has been serving Ghostship with a side of chips longer than most: The Butt And Oyster, situated in picturesque Pin Mill, on the bank of the Orwell River. I had the privilege to speak with two employees, one a more senior, year-round attendant, and the other a university student, who returns to the pub during her holidays.
