Bandi Chorr Divas

Bandi Chorr Divas means ‘imprisonment release day,’ in which Sikhs celebrate Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji’s release from prison with 52 other Hindu kings who were also imprisoned. Sikh's light candles, listen to kirtan and do fireworks in order to commemorate Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji’s release.
