Britain has an illustrious educational history, being the home to many widely-acclaimed institutions such as the University of Oxford, Eton, Harrow and the University of Cambridge, as well as others. However, it is becoming increasingly apparent that perhaps the only true purpose they serve, apart from enriching the history of Britain, is to further widen the enormous gulf between the upper class and the rest of society which is the vast majority.
