In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, rising job instability and rapidly growing awareness of the importance of good mental health in society, the 4 day week, 3 day weekend movement has gained momentum. Many are pushing for it, in hopes for a better work-life balance, less stress and, overall, for a more enjoyable week.
