Drivers over 70 face 'mandatory retest' as Labour urged to make change

A parliamentary petition is urging the Government to introduce mandatory driving retests for drivers over 70, including regular assessments of reaction time, hazard tests, manoeuvring ability and comprehensive eyesight examinations.
