Train delays between East Croydon and Gatwick due to blocked line

Trains are being disrupted between East Croydon and Gatwick Airport due to a blockage on the line at Horley. The southbound line is blocked, according to a post on Southern's official Twitter account. A safety inspection took place earlier today and found the blockage to be the cause of earlier disruption.
