Police have renewed their appeal on finding missing Gipsy Hill man Robert Gibson.Gibson, a known campaigner for Upper Norwood library and other community causes, went missing last Monday after leaving his home to go for a walk.He was seen on CCTV at the Co-op in Central Hill at about 3pm that day, but has not been seen since.Police say his family are increasingly concerned for his welfare, and describe his disappearance as out of character.Family, friends and the wider community have also...
