Police are hunting for a black van after receiving worrying reports that a young child was taken away in it and their bike was left at the scene in Redhill.A member of the public reported to Surrey Police that they saw a child, as young as six or seven, being placed into a black modified VW Transporter van on Redstone Hill in Redhill at about 4.45pm.The van was then seen to leave the area.It is described as a black, modified, VW Transporter with a 02 registration plate.
