A narrow majority of residents have voted in favour of reduced 20mph speed limits on roads in the north-east of Croydon. Croydon Council announced today that 52 per cent of people in parts of Addiscombe, Ashburton, Woodside, Shirley, Heathfield, Fairfield and parts of Selhurst and South Norwood voted for the plans in a six-week public consultation.
