Met Office issues snow warning for Croydon

Forecasters have now issued an official weather warning as they predict that heavy snow could hit the borough. The Met Office has issued a "yellow warning for snow" for the town, the rest of Greater London and south of Croydon for between 10am and 9pm tomorrow (Thursday, January 12). It is expected to turn much colder over the next 24 hours as a polar blast and biting winds sweep south across the country.
