Police are hunting for a black van after receiving worrying reports that a young child was taken away in it and their bike was left at the scene in Redhill. A member of the public reported to Surrey Police that they saw a child, as young as six or seven, being placed into a black modified VW Transporter van on Redstone Hill in Redhill at about 4.45pm.
