Homebase on Purley Way was closed for more than 24 hours due to flooding from this week's bad weather.The hardware store, near the Lombard Roundabout, had to close on Tuesday after torrential rains battered the area and caused flooding.A spokeswoman for the firm told the Advertiser it remained shut yesterday but reopened this morning.
