Flash floods hit Purley again

Torrential rain caused flash floods in Purley this afternoon - the third time this week that roads in the area have been left underwater. Foxley Lane had to be shut after parts of Purley Cross, which is regularly affected when there is heavy rain, were left looking more like a river than a road.
