Delays for Croydon commuters after signalling problems

TRAINS could be delayed or cancelled at short notice this morning due to signalling problems blocking all lines between West Croydon and Selhurst.
Network Rail, who own and maintain the track, were due on site at 9am to assess the issue.They estimate delays will continue until 1pm.
