Community group finds cannabis plants while cleaning up woods

Police have confirmed that the cannabis plants seized in woods in Selsdon were found by a community group tidying up the environment. The plants, which police said were between one and two feet in height, were spotted by the Friends of Littleheath Woods, who were carrying out regular maintenance of the woodland, at about midday on Wednesday. Officers from the Selsdon and Ballards policing team are now appealing for information from anyone who may know who is responsible.
