Bus and lorry crash outside East Croydon station

A bus and lorry were involved in a crash outside East Croydon train station this morning. Traffic in the town centre was brought to a standstill after the collision, between the bus, the 198 to Thornton Heath, and the lorry, which occurred at 10.15am. Witness Matt White posted on Twitter that the scene "a mess" after long lines of traffic built up as a result of the crash.
