Broken down train causes delays to Croydon services

A BROKEN down train has caused delays of up to 15 minutes on trains through Croydon this afternoon. The engine became stranded at Selhurst earlier today but has since been removed, Southern said on Twitter today. There are still "residual" delays of 15 minutes, it said, but lines have been reopened and Southern is working to get trains running on time again.
