West Midlands hospitals making progress on NHS elective care waiting lists

Most hospitals across the West Midlands are making encouraging progress in reducing NHS elective care waiting lists, with BSOL and Black Country trusts both well below the national one per cent target for patients waiting more than 52 weeks.
