Solihull new dad disputes £170 Parkingeye parking charge

Solihull dad Matthew Bartlett, 28, disputes a £170 parking demand, saying he paid £5 via the Evology app. Parkingeye says he made an insufficient payment and overstayed beyond the grace period.
