A high tide and force six winds have prompted an alert of coastal flooding in Cornwall overnight on Sunday into Monday. The alert covers the south coast from Lizard Point to the east as far as Gribbin Head, between Par and Fowey. Winds of up to 30mph and a high tide are forecast to combine to give the chance of localised flooding at around 5.30am on Monday, February 27.
