Appeal: Animal Cruelty Incidents, Holmfirth

Thursday 6 December 2018Police in Kirklees are appealing for witnesses following two incidents of owls being shot in moorland above Holmfirth.Kirklees Rural Crime officers would like to speak with anyone who has information about the incidents which took place at the junction of Wessenden Head Road and A635 Greenfield Road in September and October. Officers have been liaising with the RSPB regarding the incidents and carrying out enquiries locally.read more
