Police chiefs call on PM to prevent PC Harper killers release

Fifty policing and law enforcement leaders from across the UK have jointly written to the Prime Minister calling for him to prevent the early release of PC Andrew Harper’s killers. The open letter, published yesterday evening, also calls for stronger protections for victims and communities when release arrangements change.
