Man who died in Bath incident is formally identified

A man who died following an incident in Bath last week has been formally identified. Carl Picken, 29, of Birmingham, died following an incident involving a number of people on a footpath which runs along the River Avon, off Brassmill Lane at around 3.15pm on Thursday (13 August).
