Trickle-down economics has been rumbled

For those of us who didn’t tune in to watch this week’s People and Overview Scrutiny Committee, it was quite the sight. In highly unusual circumstances, an outbreak of “listening” swept over a few – if not all – of the administration councillors during the meeting.
