This week, Parliament held the Second Reading of the Hillsborough Law, a landmark Bill shaped by the tireless campaigning of the Hillsborough families.  It is a response to decades of institutional cover-ups, from Hillsborough to Primodos, from contaminated blood to the Post Office Horizon scandal.
