This bracing weekend reservoir walk ends at a brilliant pub

This linear walk allows you to explore the upper end of the Bradshaw Brook valley using the train stations on the Bolton-Blackburn railway line. It follows the brook downstream crossing the dam of Entwistle Reservoir and following the shorelines of Wayoh and Jumbles Reservoirs. Alternatively, you can reverse the route by starting the walk at Bromley Cross train station and walking upstream to end at the Strawbury Duck Inn. before catching the train at Entwistle.
