Rail passengers are braced for another day of travel chaos as union members continue to strike in a bitter dispute over pay, jobs and conditions. Just one in five trains will run on Thursday, and lines will only be open between 7.30am and 6.30pm, meaning services will start later and finish earlier than usual.
