Rats found in grounds of hospital
PESTS including rats and squirrels have been found in the grounds of the Royal Bolton Hospital in the last five years, according to new figures. Between April 2015 and March 2016 the hospital dealt with rats in Redgate Garden and visitor car park, ants in the renal unit and pharmacy, a mouse in the laundry room and a squirrel in the roof of the accommodation block. The control costs rose from £12,915 in 2011/12 to £19,946.82 in 2013/14, falling to £15,909.20 in 2015/16. Figures
