WHEN the rich, famous and powerful arrived in style they turned to these workers, pictured in 1986, at Westhoughton-based coach builders Eagle Specialist Vehicles. The firm specialises in manufacturing luxury limousines and when this photograph was taken they had just opened new premises on Manchester Road, bringing 30 jobs to the area.
