LOOKING BACK: Rock n roll at the Bolton's Odeon cinema

Todays picture from The Bolton News archive was taken outside Bolton’s Odeon cinema in 1979. The cinema ran a competition to find Bolton’s best dressed couple. The winners received an LP of the soundtrack to the film Lemon Popsicle which was showing at the time.
