LOOKING BACK: Pub regulars hit the bullseye
Eight members of the team at the Canary Tavern in Little Lever held a 24-hour darts marathon in 1981 and beat the previous world record score. They topped the 698,528 former record Ñ set by a Cornwall team the year beforeÑ by a massive 70,000.
