LOOKING BACK: Historic house inspires model making

THESE pupils from Cherry Tree Primary School in Farnworth sought inspiration for their holiday model making from a visit to Smithills Hall in 1975.The children made use of cardboard boxes, glue and paint to make their own versions of the historic house.
