LOOKING BACK: Divers search local reservoir for crashed Second World War plane

Today's picture from The Bolton News archives shows a group of divers carrying out a search of the Wolstenholme Bronze Powders Works reservoir at Dunscar in 1972 to look for a Blackburn Skua.carrier-borne, fighter-dive-bomber which crashed into the lodge during the Second World War.
