Day four of the Ruby Cropper death by dangerous driving trial

Ruby Cropper, aged 11, was on New Road, Radcliffe when a Suzuki Alto collided with her on August 10, 2020. The schoolgirl was seriously injured and died two days later in hospital. Andrew Cairns, aged 36, of Rupert Street, Radcliffe, is on trial at the Nightingale Court at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester. He has admitted causing death by careless driving but denies causing death by dangerous driving.
