Coronavirus lockdown rules set to be announced across North West

STRICTER lockdown restrictions are set to be announced for parts of the North West later today. Lancashire and Merseyside are expected to become the latest parts of the region to see tougher measures put into place to control the spread of coronavirus. Nine of the ten areas with the highest covid-19 infection rates are in the North West.
