BOLTON: GM mayor candidates begin their campaigns

CAMPAIGNING for the Greater Manchester mayoral election is underway  in Bolton with current incumbent Andy Burnham outlining his pledge for an integrated, centrally run bus and tram system while on a visit to Horwich.
