Two arrested after motorbikes stolen in Blackburn

Two people have been arrested following the theft of motorbikes in Blackburn. The motorbikes were recovered by officers, both of which were stolen this month. Police stopped the rider which led to the discovery of the bikes, both of which had been hot wired. Two people were taken into custody.
