Ribble Valley boutique hotel plan suffers blow

Plans to enlarge a Ribble Valley bed-and-breakfast building into an eight-bedroom boutique hotel would harm the appearance of an area near Langho and Brockhall, and could impact on nearby trees, planning officers fear.
