Residents claim East Lancs bar’s extended hours would worsen town centre problems

Allowing an East Lancs cocktail bar to open later at weekends would worsen alleged town centre problems with noise, fighting, drugs, damage to cars and revellers using residential streets for parties or ‘as a toilet’, it is being claimed.
