New boss to run county Covid response as it moves from emergency

BLACKBURN with Darwen Council's chief executive Denise Park has taken over as chair of the body co-ordinating Lancashire's public service response to the coronavirus pandemic as it moves from 'emergency' status into 'recovery'.
