Nelson area budgeting risks ‘blowing £120k hole in Pendle finances’

Labour councillors on Pendle Council’s Executive and Nelson area committee have been accused of risking ‘blowing a £120,000 hole in borough finances’ by requesting that unspent money from a previous financial year be reinstated to the Nelson committee.
