Major road reopened in Preston following rush hour crash

Police have closed a road in Preston following a car crash this morning. The incident happened on the A6 between the junctions of School Lane and Station Lane. A police spokesperson said: “The road is closed due to a road traffic collision and we anticipate this will be closed for some time. “We’ll provide an update once cleared and thank you in advance for your patience.”
