LIVE: Blackburn Road partially blocked due to fire

A679 Blackburn Road is partially blocked with queueing traffic due to a building fire between B6231 Market Street (Church roundabout) and Coach Road. Lancashire Fire and Rescue are currently at the scene as well as Hyndburn Police.
